[Action/Accidental Video]

Pyro is sitting on the edge of the fountain with her legs crossed. Her guitar is being held with both of her hands and is being powered by an amp near her feet. As her fingertips strum over the chords and move precisely up and down the neck, within moments her lips start to form words in a deep emotional tone. The song playing appears to be one from back home. Despite the bit of accent she does have when she is talking, most of it seems to go away when she sings. Perhaps she has memorized the voice of Jimi Hendrix and the precise way he announced his words?

It sounds like the two of you have a very loving relationship. Hopefully one day Buttons and I will have that too.

[She bends down to ruffle her puppy's coat.]

Isn't that right Buttons?

[The puppy looks up to her before reaching up to lick her face; he's so young, but he already knows how to brownnose his owner. She does giggle when he does that though, and rewards him with more eat scritches before returning her attention back to Pyro.]

He's been with me for a very long time. I found him hiding in Engie's dispenser one day shaking like a bundle of nerves from the noise of battle.

[As much as she might want to pet that dog, she isn't going to ask someone like Miss Pauling for permission.]

I haven't been sick if that's what you mean.

I see. He's very lucky to have you find him then.

It's good that you're healthy, being sick is never an enjoyable experience. [After spending a month stuck with chicken pox, she can definitely speak from experience.] But I was wondering about your well-being in general, and whether you were having any problems with the BLUs.

[Buttons just tilts his head to one side, regarding the new woman with slightly more confidence than before. He takes a few steps forward, before hesitating and glancing back at his owner, unsure if things were truly safe.]

Go on Buttons. It's alright.

[At her encouragement, he breaks into a doggy grin and bounds up to Pyro excitedly, tail all a-wagging.]

[She won't say it outloud but she finds Miss Pauling to be rather boring and motherly. Oh well, at least she's not as threatening as her own mother who's abilities with fire surpass her own greatly.

As she questions her, she sort of just ignores it.]

Uh-huh... uh. Hm.

[Watching the dog come her way, she sighs as the dog wags his tail. The pup reminds her of Teriyaki who is probably sleeping by Sniper's feet right at this moment.]

Hi there, little one. Come here.

[Placing her scarred hand down slowly, she attempts to pet the top of his head gently with one finger.]
