Pyro may of been the protector out on the battlefield but when it came to social obligations she would rather get out of she was happy she could borrow someone like Sniper to stand by and busy herself with. She didn't want to be mean to Scout but she didn't know how to be nice in an entirely good-natured manly way that wouldn't come across as friendly.

Running a bit ahead of Sniper, she then stopped and pointed. "I'll go do it, won't take long. Why don't you feel free to go back to your home and wait." Was home good enough? She didn't mean it in a negative way. As she was a little scared to find out whether Sniper's lineface got even linefacer she headed towards the base and started to prepare the meal. Sometimes she felt she had to be so stern and even a little boring. Mimicking men was harder then it looked especially the speaking part. Certain verbal tics had to be erased completely and giggling--well, that was just out of the question. Laughing as loud as possible was better.
