Pyro may not even notice falling to sleep from the injection. But when she wakes up, she will, indeed, feel tired and drained. From the 500ml Medic had in fact taken from her body. Taken and stored away as the three bottles filled with blood she will find on the nearby counter each contain about a liter he has taken from himself while she was asleep. Because his body is capable to deal with loosing that much blood.
There is a note sticking between two of the bottles:
